My habbit is sort of this:
When I breathe out I force it out and sometimes make sort of a ';HM';
sound ( If you don't know what I mean, its like saying Hmmmmmm... but with force. So if there are any docters etc. online... PLEASE respond and tell me how I can qiut. Because habbits come on and off for me.I need some advice of how to quit a bad habbit!!!! :)
Sounds like a vocal tic. You probably don't need to do anything about it, but if it bothers you, go see a psychologist or psychiatrist. A behavioral psychologist can help you stop doing it or a psychiatrist can give you medication that may help.
